Why have you chosen to be on the Mt. SAC Foundation board?
Mt. SAC is the embodiment of opportunity. I witness this everyday, both regionally with the students who ride Foothill Transit to school and personally with my daughter Tracy. Tracy studied at Mt. SAC, laying the groundwork for her successful career as a special education teacher. Mt SAC's impact is directly connected to each of its students' contributions to society. In Tracy's case, that impact is measured by her immensely positive influence on the lives of the students she teaches. Supporting this campus community and its goals aligns deeply with my and my family's values.
