Jane Wibowo
Bio
Jane came to the US from Indonesia as an international student 29 years ago. She finished her education at Cal State LA with a Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Marketing in 1997.
She took a huge risk 24 years ago, right after college and started her own business in insurance and financial service industry. With virtually no business experience and few mentors to learn from, she struggled, made mistakes and persevered to become one of the most successful Women Entrepreneurs in her community and in her ethnic group. Since then, Jane and her company, First Way Insurance, has received numerous awards for their achievement and involvement in the community.
Jane has a genuine passion for helping people plan and reach their dreams. "Knowing that I do something good and make an impact in people’s lives, has given me great deals of satisfaction in this business and therefore makes it a rewarding career for me.” As a mother of two (teenagers) and a prominent businesswoman, she often uses her impactful experience as a business owner to educate and inspire other people in the community to lead a balanced work life.
There is never any time wasted in Jane’s day-to-day life. She maximizes her productivity by making sure her time is wisely spent to improve her business, her personal development skills, her relationship with her family and church, and her impact on the community.
