Dr. Robert Meyer Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Robert Meyer was a proud Mexican American and Mescalero Apache who was the first in his family to get a college degree. He earned a doctorate in English, and advanced to become Dean of Humanities at Sierra College. He worked for equity, enlightenment  and tolerance his entire career. This scholarship is to support an El Centro student to follow their dream in education.
